- Story Title: Enter a unique title that reflects your child's adventures (or leave blank and let us craft one for you).
- Book Dedication: Consider writing a heartfelt message to honor someone special, to appear right after the title page.

- Simple Picture Book (Ages 0–3)
- 20 pages, 100–130 words, Simple vocabulary, Illustration every page (1:1 ratio)
- Picture Book (Ages 3–8)
- 30 pages, 400–500 words, Richer storytelling, Illustration every 2 pages (2:1 ratio)
- Early Reader Book (Ages 5–9)
- 40 pages, 800–1,000 words, Engaging stories for developing readers, Illustration every 3 pages (3:1 ratio)
- Young Reader Novel (Ages 6–12)
- 70 pages, 4,500–5,000 words, Expanded storylines with deeper plots, Illustration every 4 pages (4:1 ratio)

- Meaningful Places & Story Themes: Tell us about special locations or places significant to your child or family, such as your hometown, school, favorite vacation spot, or even a dream destination.
